Shipping Limitations & Policy
Please note the following service parameters regarding our shipping:
- Service Area: Our delivery services are strictly limited to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the GCC. We do not currently offer shipping services outside of these territories.
- National Shipping: Available within all seven Emirates of the UAE via our local courier partners.
- International Shipping (GCC Only): International shipping is restricted exclusively to GCC member states. Please ensure your delivery address is within these countries before confirming your order.*
- Handling & Transit: While we partner with professional couriers, we recommend that all high-value items be properly packaged. Shipping insurance options are available upon request during the scheduling of your return delivery.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery windows will be provided upon dispatch. Please note that transit times may vary depending on the destination country’s customs processes within the GCC.
