Allow between one to seven business working days between the date of your order and your date of delivery.
Products may be exchanged or exchanged for store credit at a Fabram store in the UAE within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of delivery. Merchandise must be presented in an unused, unaltered and full saleable condition, in original packaging with original price tag.

Leather is a living material that evolves, changes colour, softens, and becomes patinated over time. It should be protected from humidity and prolonged exposure to light or extreme heat. It is not recommended to use care products available on the market that are not adapted to premium leathers. The best way to maintain your bag is to regularly return it to our workshops to be cleaned and, if needed, restitched and repolished. Please check our The Guide for advice.
