Delivery and Returns

Fabram prides itself in offering customers a level of customer service that equals the quality of our product and it is in our best interest to offer you a mail order service that complements our business.

Each parcel we dispatch is sent by courier and is insured. For exact delivery charges, please contact our retail shop. Delivery charges will vary according to the shipping destination, size and weight of your parcel – All goods ordered can ONLY be shipped to the credit card billing address.

Fabram offers a full exchange or money-back guarantee on all unworn goods returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date along with a valid receipt. However, shoes showing any evidence of being worn, including scuffed soles, are not eligible for return. Please note that we cannot refund the cost of postage. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

All items are checked prior to dispatch, but should you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, you must contact your retail assistant immediately.

We kindly ask you to place a note about your return in the parcel. This will enable us to accurately and quickly handle your return.

Sending your parcel back safely 

If you are returning a parcel from within the UAE, we recommend using a recorded postal service. If you are returning a parcel back from outside the UAE, we recommend using your local postal service with ‘GOODS BEING RETURNED TO COUNTRY OR ORIGIN, NO DUTY DUE’ clearly written on the outside of the parcel. This will help to move the parcel quickly through UAE customs. When packing your shoes, use the original packing sleeve and shoe box. Liability of a parcel remains with the sender until received by Fabram.

Tax Free Shopping

For non-GCC customers, Our shop staff will advise how to complete this simple process at the point of purchase. Items being shipped outside the UAE will not be qualified for the deduction of VAT at source.
